Our passion for great tasting coffee led us to develop a Progressive Coffee Program, and it is, like all seasons, always changing. It allows us to share not only great coffee, but the different flavor profiles this amazing fruit has by region and brewing method. We choose the best brewing method according to its natural characteristics on the cupping table, serving what we believe to be the finest coffee available on season, implementing what we believe to be the best techniques in the craft.
Our selections are based on seasonal availability from various small farms around the world. We monitor our flavor consistency and ensure optimal coffee extraction by continually refining our craft.
As an environmentally and socially conscious company, all of our coffee is locally roasted by Dallis Bros. Coffee in Ozone Park, Queens. Dallis Bros. Coffee had roasted coffee since 1913 and we are proud to have such experienced professionals aboard.
